The Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, created in 1949, is one of the oldest courses offered in France. Through this curriculum, we offer a creative laboratory that encourages contact, sharing, motivation and communication around fashion.

The Ecole conte parade

Every year, fashion and textile design students take up the challenge of creating their own fashion show! Using the skills acquired during the year, students design, produce and present a mini collection of one to three accessorized silhouettes.

In addition to designing their own silhouettes, the Bachelor’s students are responsible for finding models, make-up, hairstyling and rehearsals, and they see their creations paraded in front of hundreds of people: students, partners, guardians, and relatives.

This traditional show is an exercise in professionalism, enabling students to project themselves into a real-life situation, with the help of their support team. The success of this event is also part of their final assessment. The work is also assessed in an oral presentation before a professional jury.

During the year, students are also challenged to set up an exhibition of their work (scenography, installation, description of the stand for visitors...), organized on the Ecole Conte Open Days.

This event enables candidates to project the skills they will acquire at the school.
